抗病毒反应基因表达PCR芯片可用于研究参与病毒先天免疫反应的84个关键基因的表达。该芯片包含了TLRs信号效应体基因、NLRS基因和RIG-I样受体基因,下游信号通路相关基因,I型干扰素信号通路相关基因,以及干扰素刺激基因(ISGs)。利用该芯片研究者即能够利用该芯片简单可靠地同时检测抗病毒反应相关基因的表达,研究特定病毒感染环境下,先天免疫信号网络的相互作用。
