描    述：河豚毒素（无柠檬酸盐）是一种敏感的钠离子通道抑制剂。其结合反应是可逆的，而且结合度很高(KD=1-10nM）。通过功能依赖性途径进行阻断。

溶解性：可溶解于PH为4.8的酸性缓冲液和水中
