NBB-P（产品号：2.04716.782）一、应用用于生产NBB-B和NBB-ANBB-粉（NBB-P）系一种便于操作的粉，溶于啤酒中，依据产品需求配制成不同的NBB-培养基。欲获得NBB-B，将粉末溶于啤酒及去离子水；至于NBB-A，仅在液体培养基加入琼脂。二、操作所需材料微生物工作台磁搅拌器（带磁性搅拌棒）锥形烧瓶清瓶带有适当的螺旋盖，适应温度120°C/250°F或以上蒸馏水或去离子水啤酒pH计（带温度补偿器）乳酸（90%）或氢氧化钠，用于pH调整高压灭菌器琼脂实施生产1000毫升NBB-B，将60克NBB-P混合于500毫升除气啤酒和500毫升去离子水，使用带磁性搅拌棒的磁搅拌器直到粉末完全溶解，使用乳酸或氢氧化钠，将pH值调整到5.7~5.9。至于NBB-B，将溶液放入试验瓶中，在120°C/250°F温度下杀菌一秒种。至于NBB-A，将12~15克琼脂溶于1000毫升液体培养基中，灌入试验瓶中，在120°C/250°F温度下杀菌一秒种。三、储藏与包装信息包装与内容单位 ???克?袋单位尺寸（箱） 约23公分×11公分×15公分，或9英寸×4.3英寸×5.9英寸单位毛重（箱） 约400克公斤或1磅储藏储藏温度：4~8°C/40~45°F，依据产品规范。存放于干燥、阴凉处。废物处理无危险物品。无危害材料。请遵循当地废物管理规定。警示重复加热可能抑制其功能性。操作热培养基时，一定佩戴保护装备。相关产品信息：
