MOLECULAR CHARACTERIZATION
rh HK1 /Hexokinase-1,Twin Strep is fused with polyhistidine tagged Twin Strep Tag at the C-terminus, and has a calculated MW of 105 kDa. The predicted N-terminus is Asp 16. DTT-reduced Protein migrates as 95-115 kDa in SDS-PAGE .
